Sep 20, 2026"We visited this restaurant while our vacation and didn’t expect anything - but it was amazing and we really loved it! Also the meat was really tender and juicy, the pasta was really great as well. So when we come back to Cagliari we will definitely visit Nerocarbone again! :)"

Aug 10, 2026"Second time here and I will always come back. They don’t advertise much for gluten free but this is a dream for the ones who can’t eat gluten! They have the best gluten free pasta, some gluten free starters and a lot of gluten free deserts (tiramisu and lemon cheesecake are also gluten free). Also, the meet with truffle is great and you need to try the octopus starter! The staff is super super nice! Can’t recommend enough!"

Aug 08, 2026"It was a busy day in Cagliari and it was raining. I ended up here. The location is fantastic and the food delicious. Also the staff were super attentive and friendly. They also spoke english as my Italian is very basic. Those ladies need a salary increase. Two waitress for the whole place and still manage to do it with an smile."

The Manu may vary day to day and I suggest to always ask the amazing staff what they recommend on the day. You may also go only for a drink, and I swear they got MEAN cocktails! On top of everything the location is one of the best in Cagliari, right in the center with the amazing bastione San Remì just in front of you. I love this place and I think is a must go if you are in Cagliari! You won’t regret it! Absolutely recommended!"
